The Second Party understands that THE VACATION CHARGES IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND THAT THE VACATION FEE IS NOT A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. LOOKING PERIOD: Vacationene looking period for cancelling of membership on any reason is of 10 days from the date of purchase of the membership pe of 12 per the approval form & an agreement with clause of deduction of an administration fees of Rs.15000 as mentioned gove plus 18%GST charges plus 2.5% bank charges (If any) of the membership amount in total. After looking period, the h out priduction process goes to 60% of non-refundable amount of the total membership and 40% of refundable amount of the t party atal membership and balance remaining after deduction will be refunded within 45-90 working days. As per company policy Refund will be process on the original payment method. All holidays are subject to availability as we follow a floating week. Every effort is made to ensure our booking system is transparent and other Sarowar Holidays Resorts International vacationers of higher season/points get an opportunity to book first. Period between 15th of May till 30" of June and 20* of December till 15* January every year is not part of this package and availability is limited. RED week-Booking can be done between 30 days to 15 days before the desired holiday dates, WHITE Week Booking can be done between 45 days to 25 days before the desired holiday dates and BLUE week - Booking can be done between 60 days to 45 days before the date of the desired holiday dates. After the stipulated dates mentioned as per the season/points, all Sarowar Holidays Resorts International vacationers have an equal opportunity to book their holidays. Only after those Sarowar Holidays Resorts International vacationers of higher category-book their holiday, a Sarowar Holidays Resorts International vacationer of middle or lower category can book their holiday. The Vacationer besides having the right to use their weeks, save, split minimum nights of the week of package HRIPLat and may also gift to any third party, with prior written intimation to the Sarowar Holidays Resorts International. Sarowar Holidays Resorts International does not engage in renting of vacations. Sarowar Holidays Resorts International has the right to reject any such booking(s). In the event of death of Vacationer, the entitled package shall automatically be transferred to the surviving Co-Applicant, subject to all liabilities and obligations of the deceased and on production of death certificate of the deceased vacationer. In event of any vacationer dying intestate, the entitled package will be transferred to the legal heirs on production of death certificate & such other documents as required by Sarowar Holidays Resorts International. In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction,The member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday by writing to us at info@sarowarholidaysresortsinternational.com. Refund will be processed after deducting administration charges, ASF and GST. This refund policy will not be applicable for premium business membership.
